How does a restaurant that is well known around the U.S. for its fresh seafood, promise such lofty heights in a state without a sea? For starters, The Oceanaire makes us land-lubbers feel like we have a pair of sea-legs (sans the peg-leg), with an interior reminiscent of '30s art deco ocean liners and a huge Oyster bar.
