Peppercorn tenderloin

Damage: $26
Verdict: As the small plates can be tossed around between a group, the main entrees are meant to have the same communal experience—traditional Chinese dining is always as such. One can always opt for individualized (and Americanized) style service, but it is not as nearly as much fun (or filling). Should you opt for group dining, the tenderloin is an ideal dish that can satisfy all easily and without fuss. As Asian dishes are designed for chopsticks, the cubes of beef are generous in size but so tender the only knife around would be a concealed weapon.
