Fish: Baked salmon, salmon eggs and crab meat.

Dish: To be determined if this is actually a good mother/daughter bonding plate (the parental reference actually comes from the salmon and the eggs,) but it is without a doubt one of the best rolls in Katsu. Topped with the house vinaigrette and accented with avocado and cucumber, it is a tart treat rivaling unagi for the perfect dessert dish to close out any stay at the bar.
