Dish: Second only to the Mom and Daughter Roll, this is another must-try if you stop in to Katsu. Master Young actually made the roll by mistake, but his blunder is our gain. He errantly added the scallops instead of the smelt eggs and almost threw out the dish. Thankfully he tried his concoction and realized the consistency and flavor of the scallops tied the roll together exquisitely and added it to the menu. Giving it a little Marilyn look too, it is wrapped in pink soy paper.
