Fish: Shrimp tempura, spicy tuna and masago.

Dish: Topped with the house "creamy spicy sauce," it has a harsh kick at the end of the bite. Master Young's wasabi chili pepper should of been the first indicator to order another beer before digging in. The cucumber added the perfect balance though, matching the crunch of the tempura and contrasting the spice of the tuna. The masago sprinkled on each piece adds an afterthought of salty-sweetness giving the dish enough diversity to make it worthy of a sole dinner plate. Doing so in Katsu; however, would be a sin. There is far too much to enjoy.

Katsu Says: "I try and name all my special rolls after my inspiration. This one will make any night spicy."
