Fish: Spicy Tuna and crab meat.

Dish: Not a good idea for a date, unless your date loves the smell of garlic...all night. With toasted garlic chips generously topped over the spicy seared tuna, the glorious scent alone will make vampires scatter. The crunch of the chips is deliberate, as there are no major veggies involved here. It's best to be conservative with the garlic, using one, maybe two chips per piece. Katsu gets his fish deliveries in daily and the cuts are top shelf, the garlic enhances it nicely, but too much and it can be all you taste.
