Pho Duy
Credit:Justin Jimenez
Pho Duy is often overlooked by Denver food enthusiasts. The space it occupies on Federal combined with the tight parking make the venue a less than desireable location to dine out. However, once you get inside it's unlikely that you'll be disappointed. Service is consistent and courteous, and the portions are much more generous than you'll find in other pho bowls about town. Most importantly, however, is the taste of the pho itself. The tasty broth and tender meat (more tender and less greasy than most pho joints!) are the reason that people will continue to flock from the far ends of the city into this neighborhood for the perfect noodle bowl. No matter what time of day you go, expect to find Pho Duy filled with people.
