We're sick of the negative connotation associated with Vietnam.  Sure, it was a pointless war that resulted in the tragic loss of lives, but it's also a vibrant country with a lot to offer.  One of which is food.  Nguyen Hue cooks up some of the best Vietnamese cuisine in Colorado at very reasonable prices.  One bite and you'll be chanting, "Make com chien, not war!"
