Roasted beets, cucumber, and bleu cheese salad

Situated in the century-old Oxford Hotel, McCormick's Fish House has had time to establish itself as one of Denver's premiere seafood restaurants. Menus are printed up daily to offer the freshest seafood selections from both U.S. and international waters. Wood-paneled and upscale in appearance, the experience is casual and the bar attracts both locals and hotel patrons alike. The bartenders practice "traditional mixology" and the cocktails are lovingly hand-crafted. While you're waiting on your drink, shoot some oysters from the bar menu for a very reasonable $1.95. — Justin Jimenez
