Does anyone smell tuna?

First on the menu: Tuna fish sandwich with ahi tuna carpaccio & Terrine of foie gras
When picturing a tuna sandwich, the average Joe would think of mayo, pickles and Bumble Bee tuna. Not at snazzy restaurants like the Flagstaff House. This tuna fish sandwich was served on a toasted bread (almost like a cracker) with the foie gras and tuna on top. It had sea salt crystals which perfectly complimented the sweetness of the tuna and foie gras.
