Lola

The Chef, Jamey Fader, created Lola's in 2002 and quickly turned it into a buzz word, much like the up-and-coming part of the Highlands, where Lola's is located. Now, it is a famous tequila bar that Food and Wine Magazine dubbed one of the top five tequila bars in the country, a classy and upscale Mexican food experience, with subtle influences from Fader's days as a prep cook for Jax's Fish House.
