Who doesn’t love piling their favorite veggies and meats into a huge bowl and having it prepared over a 6 foot grill, traditional Mongolian style, by master grillers using huge cooking sticks? From chicken and steak to calamari and lamb, they’ve got their bases covered in the meat department. Each dish can be custom designed to compliment a huge variety of different individual tastes. Try it with some tortillas or some brown rice for the whole experience. Ghengis would be proud.
