Tacos DF
Tacos DF used to be a taco truck parked along South Parker Road, and it still kinda is. The business model worked so well for them, and they gathered such a following that they carried it with them a few short blocks to a small strip mall. They stuck with what worked. While the tripe, tongue and beef cheek may not be your cup of tea, you will certainly find something to send your palette soaring. For those of us who wouldn't have the slightest clue otherwise, DF actually stands for Distrito Federal - essentially The "Denver Metro area" of Mexico City. And while it's ditched the truck for sturdier walls and a front door, they haven't abandoned their Mexican roots. You'll get the best Mexican street food here outside of DF itself.
