Now in its third generation of ownership by the Aguirre Family, Rosa Linda’s should be on the shortlist of every fan of Mexican food in town. Serving breakfast (the breakfast burritos are available all day), lunch and dinner, their extensive menu includes the entire gamut of Mexican favorites. Their quesadilla with strips of cactus is worldly, likewise with the Queso Fundido (a dip made with white cheese and the house-ground chorizo). Every Thanksgiving and Christmas the family soldiers out to aid the needy by serving some 3,000 free meals all over town.
