Scrumptious breakfast of Mexican and American fare make this eatery a great fuel source for Boulder’s avid climbing cult. And with their soon-to-be liquor license, North Boulder Café may also be the ideal spot for an after-climb cocktail. Or even pre-climb. Not that we endorse that kind of thing.
