For some reason, dining at restaurants that feature Mexican cuisine always feels like a mini vacation. Maybe this phenomenon only applies to those who weren’t lucky enough to grow up on fajitas and tamales, but it seems like a break from the ordinary. Just walking into Cantina Margarita feels like an escape, even before you sample the excellent Calamari Cantina Style, Pork Barbacoa, Diablo Shrimp or Baja Fish Tacos.
