Location, location, location. Those are the rules right? Bellavista couldn't have picked a better spot to set up shop. Located just on the outskirts of downtown, they have the appeal of a neighborhood diner and the convenience of a lunch hour pit stop for all you office-job types. They offer $1 beers during happy hour, which, sorry to say, is cheaper than a soda most anywhere. Pitchers of sangria and free chips 'n' salsa are definitely the high points.
