This eclectic eatery may be on the small side when it comes to seating, but the mouth-watering menu makes any wait worthwhile. Everything from appetizers to dessert, including specialty cocktails like a pomegranate martini, is beautifully presented in an upscale setting. And even though the setting is nice, the restaurant itself isn't stuffy and overpriced. With a seasonal menu and superb staff, Rioja is a place you'll want to visit over and over again.
