In Japanese, “Miyama” translates as “beautiful mountain.” And beautiful the place is, too. A treasure trove of Japanese history and décor, the eye is greeted by glorious antiques and mentafacts. Over there is a full suit of Samurai armor, and over here a pair of exquisite porcelain vases or a rare Tansu chest. The staff sports elegant kimonos, and guests can eat and enjoy the antics of a Teppan Chef at one of a dozen Hibachi tables.

first time on 6/15/08 enjoyed everything about the Miyama. The food was great and a much better buy than Benihana.
