Although you can find The Palm in 25 locations across the U.S., it wasn’t always this way. Starting as an Italian restaurant, every time a customer called for red meat, part-owner John Ganzi would high-tail it to the nearest butcher. Now that’s cooked to order! Now they have their own meat wholesaler. Too poor to decorate in their humble beginnings, the owners utilized an age-old tactic of bargaining with newspapermen to draw celeb caricatures to adorn the walls, for a plate of spaghetti. Today The Palm has the food and the service to draw its own celebrities.
