Owned and operated by Chef Bill Cardon and his family, wife Michelle and children Alexandra, Cheyenne, and Jeremiah. Roman Villa reflects Chef Bill's memories of the small neighborhood Italian Restaurants he frequented as a boy growing up on the South Shore of Long Island in New York.
