Pesce Fresco means fresh fish, and at the Centennial bistro you will get just that and more. The eatery mixes Italian and Mediterranean seafood specialties with dishes as original as lobster ravioli and sticky toffee pudding. Not to mention a wine list of over 200 varieties. Dress in your best Colorado casual duds and book a private party in their wine cellar or listen to some classical guitar on a warm summer night. But call in advance, as they only serve dinner Monday thru Saturday.
