Owners Jeff and Steve Progar mince no words when it comes to their Wheat Ridge eatery, Abrusci's. Their pithy motto, "The best damn Italian food ... period," may seem a bit overwrought on its surface, but the plain fact is that the restaurant does boast an impressive array of alluring flavors served in large portions. The dinner selection includes a large selection of pastas of individual and family portions. There is also a gluten-free menu, a bonus for those with sensitive stomachs.
