For a place that is packed almost every night, Sushi SaSa manages to maintain an amazing sense of tranqulity. Chef Wayne Conwell has managed to produce a menu that is a true sushi experience, yet with subtle fusion integration of Italian and French influences. Although relatively new to the Denver area, Sush SaSa is already giving Sushi Den a run for its money when it comes to the best place to go for Japanese in the city.
