Just opened in January 2008, Z Cuisine is an old-school Parisian-style wine bar with small plate delights, charcuteries very much like the ones chef Patrick Dupay has been known for at various epicurean houses around the world for the past 22 years. There are several foodie favorites like French and local cheese spreads, and sinfully good desserts. It also boasts one of the most impressive wine lists in town.
