Parker isn’t exactly known for its selection of ethnic dinning, but La Shish is spicing things up Mediterranean style. Formerly the breakfast and lunch spot for Café Du France, the La Shish owners managed to keep the Chef, hence keeping the extensive French fare on the Breakfast menu. The Kabobs and Gyros are exceptional, they’ve got a note worthy kid’s menu with items like a Grilled Cheese Croissant, as well as a mouth watering selection of specialty coffee drinks and cream sodas.
