Aix has long held the reputation as one of the finer bistros in Denver. Located in the Uptown area amongst a large number of bars and restaurants, Aix holds up as the areas fanciest restaurant. The dining room is small, so reservations are recommended. If you are coming by for a nice meal during the summer, definitely check out their fabulous patio. We’ve covered the patio and reservations and you’re probably ready for the food part. It serves up exquisite French fare in the small plate tradition. The a la carte Sunday brunch is amazing, especially when accompanied by their Bloody Mary. Heck, everything is better with a Bloody Mary.
