One of Denver’s only real Eritrean restaurants, Red Sea is different from anything you have tried in the past. Lots of Eritrean cuisine is made up of tsebhis (stews) and hilbet (vegetable pastes), of varying degrees of spiciness. Meals come family-style, with healthy slabs of injera (flat bread). Rip off a hunk of injera and dip away. Have everyone in your party order something different so you can try it all. Try the honey wine, too. It’s awesome.
