Naturally, we ordered the White Buffalo wings
If you were an appetizer, you would have a lot to live up by if you're named after the restaurant you're served at. This was definitely the case for the White Buffalo wings as our first appetizer. We knew they had to be excellent, and if they weren't, their name should be changed to something like "tangy wings" or the non-creative approach, "buffalo wings."
Verdict: The wings were crispy, sweet and the meat pulled off the bones nicely. Everything you would hope to get in a buffalo wing. They were served with blue cheese and chives for dipping. Let's just say this: If you're someone who likes hot wings, they will satisfy your wing craving. And if you're someone who likes your wings on the sweet side, you'll be completely satisfied as well. So, you have the best of both worlds.
