Inside: The Squeaky Bean

Whatever you do, don’t call it a coffee house!

"The Bean," a.k.a. The Squeaky Bean, wants people to know that the name has to do with garden green beans and not coffee beans. It's an honest mistake, since the place does serve a fine house brand blended by Pablo's (okay, and the location was a coffee house in some previous incarnation). Yet the philosophy of the place centers around all things seasonal: what comes fresh out of the ground like green or burgundy beans, arugula and mustard greens. Phew. Glad we got that out of the way.
