The $4,500 bottle of wine

If you just bet $150 on Todd Helton’s number 17 on the roulette wheel – and won – you’re ready for a glass of this. A bottle of this 1961 Chateau Lafite Rothschild Premier Grand. Priced at $4,500 a bottle, it’s the perfect selection to toast to the end of the recession. They tell us it’s a rare find that’s aged with “amazing elegance.”
Farradday’s does have a number of rare wines, but it also has some great value selections from every type of varietals and wine grape you can think of, from nearly every wine-producing region in the world. Price tags range from $24 a bottle, on up.
