Meet the guy behind it all, Chef David

When David Oliveri left Evergreen and went to the University of Denver to study musical performance, he earned money by working in restaurants around town.
“I went to DU to become a rockstar,” Oliveri said. “That didn’t pan out, but my secondary job through college did.”
Now calling the shots in the kitchen at Farraddays’, Oliveri tells us if her were stranded on an island with only three ingredients, they’d be eggs, lemon and butter. Any good chef would tell us that, he adds.
But, look at us babble. We haven’t even told you about his specialty: The steaks.
