If you haven’t eaten at Farraddays’ Steakhouse—the premier restaurant at Black Hawk’s Isle of Capri Hotel and Casino—Chef D’ Cuisine David Oliveri knows what you’re probably thinking.
“Hotel food had a bad reputation, casino food had a bad reputation,” Oliveri said.
Not here. Farraddays’ brings in a truly metropolitan, upscale feel, with fare to match.
“We want to show people there is a good dining experience up here,” Oliveri added.
