“This world’s no blot for us, nor blank. It means intensely, and means good: To find its meaning is my meat and drink” —Robert Browning, English poet and playwright
If the meaning of this world lies within its meat and drink, look no further. Denver’s newest “churrascaria,” Fogo de Chão, has opened its doors. With 15 different choices of meat, a 30-plus-item salad bar and an extensive wine list, the Brazilian steakhouse has it all. Considering that Brazil’s history pulls in a cultural multiplicity of influences form all over Europe, Africa, Native America and the Middle East, Brazilian dining truly does offer a worldly experience. There is no better place to enjoy the southern Brazilian style than at Fogo de Chão, located in the heart of downtown Denver.
