Crepes seem so simple, yet only experts perfect them

When you see the big, flat hot stove that crepes are made on, it seems so simple, yet there is an art to it. They use a special spatula to spread the batter around evenly and the timing has to be right. There is someone always manning the stove while the batter is on. It is definitely entertaining to watch...or maybe we're easily entertained. It is kind of like a "crêpe hibachi grill" —yeah, that is a good comparison.
