Arguably the best restaurant in Colorado and one of the best in western U.S. is Frasca Food and Wine of Boulder. Created by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson and Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, dining at Frasca is a gourmet experience in the Friulian-style of cooking and dining. The pair brings fresh, local produce and meats and pares them with wine over a splendidly rustic and sophisticated dinner best shared in a group of family or friends. The four-course dinner menu is ever changing, the experience is always outstanding.
