Tequila Thursday

Tequila is not just for the party, rather Zolo makes it a compliment to the meal and not the focus of the entire evening (and usually the next morning too). Like a fine wine, top shelf tequilas can be paired delightfully with food if done properly. Making sure that happens chef Rob Rosser puts on a recurring prix-fixe three-course tequila dinner the fourth Thursday of every month.
