This pizzeria was inspired by those of the old Italian neighborhoods in Boston and NY, and boy does it show. Owners Javier Torres and Caroline Momo-Torres consider pizza production a real craft. Watch as the Chefs place the thin crust complete with your favorite toppings into the large brick ovens. Uniquely, patrons can choose from three sauces, red, white or green. The white, a combination of cheeses and the green, a pesto sauce. As for toppings, this place really captures the Italian flavors, going above and beyond your local corner pizza joint. And by no means do the choices stop there. Hot and cold pastas, authentic salads and real italian style soups are available too. This is a slice of Italy on a plate, accept no imitations.
