I have never been to another fondue restaurant, so I can't compare it to anything, but I had a good time at the Melting Pot. It's a little pricey, so it is best for a special occasion. They also give you so much food you feel like you might die afterward, but it is definitely a meal fit for a king (with a very large belly)
