Home of the power breakfast and lunch, Ellyngton’s is the place where the dealmakers go to do business and satisfy their refined tastes. Located in the ritzy Brown Palace Hotel and Spa in LoDo, expect contemporary American cuisine with minor tweaks. Most notable is their champagne brunch on Sunday’s. The meal alone can set you back almost $50; add Dom Perignon to the repast and you’re looking at a $185 tab. But as far as seeing and being seen, this business casual establishment can at least make you look distinguished.
