Don't let the name fool you - the Treasure Pot is not a pirate bar. This low-profile restaurant on West 58th Avenue specializes in a diverse selection of Chinese cuisine, including a mix of familiar and exotic dishes in a reasonable price range. One of the Golden Pot's best features is its sizable lunch buffet, which run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day except Sunday. For $5.95, a diner can choose from a wealth of dishes, including sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, garlic chicken wings, crab wontons, hot and sour soup and fried rice.
