If it has anything barbecue, er- Bar-b-Que, related, it’s on the menu or on the wall at Famous Dave’s. The cleanliness is the only thing unauthentic about this concept, so surprisingly close to true, down-home bar-b-que, whichever part of the country is represented by your menu choice. How does a company from... Minnesota, come this close to southern cooking? It just doesn’t really matter because it just does. One of three Denver-area locations, it is conveniently located in the Larkridge Mall in Thornton.
