Caldonia's is the kind of place where guys roll up in their monster truck, wearing a wife-beater and cowboy boots, sporting a handlebar mustache and a tattoo of Taz and mumbling obscenities under their breath and no one so much as bats an eye. Probably because they're too busy playing in the huge outdoor volleyball pit or staring at the bikini-clad, ample-built beauties strutting their stuff in the bikini contest. That, or they didn't hear the truck pull up because the band was playing too loud. Their house-brew, Big Nose Beer, is their specialty and the fact that they're a smokehouse (no, not a smoke SHOP, a smokeHOUSE) only adds to their personality and charm.
