Brothers BBQ is a chain restaurant, but you shouldn't let that turn you off since they don't skimp when it comes to quality. They serve up all the traditional fares - pulled pork, ribs, barbecued chicken, baked beans and potato salad. They even have sweet tea, which can be hard to find in Colorado - in a very casual environment. If you choose to eat here be warned: The seating isn't the most comfortable. The chairs and tables are both made of pretty rigid metal, but the delicious food makes you forget about that small detail rather quickly.
