This is REAL southern BBQ, folks. Their smoker is big enough to dock the Starship Enterprise, and they fill it with only the choicest cuts of beef, chicken and pork. Planning a shindig any time soon? Given Big Papa a holler. They can cater the whole event, up to and including parking a full-sized smoker on your lawn. If you like ribs, theirs will make your head jiggity-jig like Max Headroom’s. Not that peckish? Hit ‘em up for a po’ boy or a fried catfish sandwich.
