A mecca for the ball-cap and jersey crowd; Harpo’s serves up classic bar food with a smile even if you are rooting for the other team. With a giant covered patio for smokers and a rooftop patio in warmer weather, the possibilities for people watching, or making new friends over a cold one, is a distinct possibility.
