Sakana has a great, relaxed lounge vibe without the pretention. The service is wonderful and the price is pretty average for most rolls. - $7 to $10. I also am very happy with their sake list, which offers some varieties that I cannot get elsewhere. Their rolls are creative, but not always successful. Highlights are their lobster roll and the Chef's roll. Keep away from the Sunshine roll, whose flavor combos just didn't seem to gel well. For the most part, however, this is a good go-to sushi joint if you dont want to leave the So Tampa area.
