7 Rules of Denver Restaurant Week

Eating this good with this many deals is serious business; don't show up unprepared

7 Rules of Denver Restaurant Week

1.    Try new restaurants. Don’t just get reservations at the restaurants everybody already knows about– discover the new restaurants everyone will be talking about next year.

2.    Don’t be a dweeb and no-show– honor your dinner reservations or call and cancel if you absolutely can’t make it. Every year, hundreds of people fail to show up for reservations. This hurts both the restaurant, and fellow dinners who might have enjoyed your time slot.

3.    Grab some friends and book a Denver Restaurant Week party. The bill will never be easier to split.

4.    Add a bottle of wine! With deals this good, Restaurant Week is the perfect time to splurge and add cocktails or vino.

5.    Don’t forget your server. Denver Restaurant Week is the busiest dining week of the year. Please remember your server and tip for good service.

6.    Talk about restaurants!
Share your dining experiences with friends and co-workers.  Learn where they went and tell them about your discoveries. In great cities, chefs are as popular and well-known as sports stars.  Denver is a great city. Let’s be sure we gab just as much about our top shelf chefs as we do Cutler and Carmello. Find out the name of your chef and if you had a great dining experience, share that information with friends.

7.     Don’t you dare count calories. This is a once-a-year thing; portion control is for the other 51 weeks of the year. Dig in and enjoy it.
