One of the first massively incorporated children of the 1990s micro-brew movement, the Rock Bottom offers a range of standard American grill food—steaks, ribs, burgers—as well as a few tasty pizza and pasta favorites. Their real claim to fame, though, is their line up of small batch beers. The selection changes seasonally and whenever the local brew master put on his thinking cap and invents a new one. Ask your server what beer will best accompany your entrée.
