Virgin Mobile FreeFest 2010 concert pics
As far as music festivals go, Virgin Mobile FreeFest truly is a winner, featuring a day chock full of musical acts of all genres and statures. (The fact that it costs nothing is a plus, too.) Thousands of people made it out to the event, held at Merriweather Post Pavillion in Columbia, Md., on Sept. 25, to see some of the industry's biggest artists perform on three stages. Acts drawing the big applause included M.I.A., Pavement, Ludacris, LCD Soundsystem, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Jimmy Eat World, Chromeo, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes and more.
